2.2 Changes and Discontinuations: Hidden Valley Woods reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, product, or process without prior notice. The company shall not be held liable for any such changes.
3. PRODUCTS
3.1 Hidden Valley Woods offers a diverse range of handcrafted wooden products. Shipping for all products on the website will follow the company’s policy, which may change from time to time.
3.2 Damaged Products: In the event of receiving a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately. We will assess the damage and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or other corrective measures.
3.3 Out of Stock: If a product is out of stock, our Customer Service Team will notify you and process a refund. For paid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-21 business days. Cash on Delivery (COD) payments will not be refunded as no prior payment was made.

12.2 Any disputes, differences, or claims arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mandi, India.

13.5 The participant's profile must be set to public for contest entries to be valid. Entries from private profiles will be disqualified.
13.6 Abusive, offensive, or inappropriate content in contest entries will lead to disqualification.
13.7 Any disputes related to contests will be resolved through arbitration, and the jurisdiction for disputes will be Mandi courts.
13.8 These contests and promotions are void where prohibited by law.
14. PRIORITY SHIPPING
14.1 Priority shipping is available at an additional cost. The cost depends on the product and delivery location.

14.3 In case of unexpected delays due to circumstances beyond our control, Hidden Valley Woods is not liable for the delay.
